January 28 & 29
10 am-5 pm
Instructor: Victoria Kalaichi
We are so lucky to have Victoria Kalaichi back to teach another workshop at our studio! To show our love of animals or our pets, we are offering a class to immortalize them in paint. In this two-day workshop, Victoria will teach students how to paint a favorite animal or pet. Working from a personal photo with oils, students will learn how to create an accurate drawing, transfer that onto canvas and then paint in oils. If you’re worried that you won’t be able to accurately draw your pet’s portrait, don’t worry, because Victoria will show you how to transfer your image to your canvas.
You will need:
Two good photos of your pet printed on ordinary, white xerox paper (2 photos)
The same photo on your tablet, phone or computer.
